204.5 lbs

On the scale this morning. Getting serious about the weight again. I want to be at 190 and stay there. This is brown rice (130 calories) black beans(120) barbacoa (170) mild salsa and hot salsa(60) lettuce (10) =490 calories for a delicious filling meal. I skipped the corn salsa (80) and cheese (100) today. Really, I could have had them, but no need to, right?
